Do I need an e-mail address to shop at Karoon?
Yes. Providing an e-mail address allows us to send you an e-mail message confirming your order and notifying you when a shipment has been sent. In addition, if there are any problems with an order, we rely on contacting you via e-mail.
Will you confirm my order?
Yes. We will send you an e-mail message confirming your order. We will also send another e-mail when a shipment has been sent. Additionally, we will send you a paper receipt of your order along with your package.
Do I need a specific browser to shop at Karoon?
You do not need a particular browser, but because Karoon.com currently offers content in English and Farsi you must meet the minimum requirement of any browser for the site to display content correctly. For more information, please visit the Farsi Compatibility section.
When can I place an order?
You can place orders online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Can I place a phone order?
We cannot accept phone orders. Karoon.com is entirely an Internet based retailer and we accept all orders exclusively through our web site.
Will I be charged for sales tax?

What forms of payment do you accept?
We can only accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. For more information, see Payment Options.
How can I learn about the status of my order?

Do you ship to international locations?

Will my personal and credit card information remian confidential?
Yes. Any information that you provide is kept strictly confidential. For more information, see Security and Privacy.
Can I designate a different address for my order?
Yes. Each user has an address book on Karoon.com where it is possible to store multiple names and addresses. You have the option of editing your address book during checkout and in Your Account.
Can I send my order as a gift?
Yes. If you choose to send your package as a gift, we will not include any prices on the receipt. A separate receipt will be mailed to your billing address at a later date.
Can I send a message with my order?
Sure. You can include a message with your order at no extra charge.
Why is there no "Add to Cart" button next to some items?
Because the item is temporarily out-of-stock. When you go to the "Product Detail" page, you will see a "Notify me" button instead. When you click on that button, you will be asked for your name and e-mail address so that we can notify you once the product becomes available.
How long does it take for an item to become available when it's out of stock?
Unfortunately in most cases there is no way for us to predict how soon an item will become available again. For more information, see the availability section.
How does the "Notify me" feature work?
Once we receive a new shipment, an e-mail is automatically sent out to those who are on the waiting list. Since certain items may only become available in limited quantities, we have a first-come first-serve policy.
Can I be notified by phone when an item becomes available?
No, we can only notify you by e-mail once an item becomes available.
How can I make my computer remember my Karoon username and password?
Next time you login to your account, check the "Save my login information" option and click Continue. By doing so, your username will be stored on your computer and you will not have to re-enter it each time. For more information on this feature, click here.
