Music for the Mind is a home-based sound stimulation auditory training program consisting of four specially developed CD's along with a Handbook and Weekly Listening Logs. Each CD contains six, ten-minute progressive segments. The CD's feature the improvisational music of Ostad Elahi with added nature sounds. The program consists of two 10-minute segments of headphone listening per day, 6 days a week, for a period of 4 weeks.
